Ingredients: 1 Frozen Banana 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries (ex. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) 1 cup Spinach or Kale Leaves 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your preferred plant-based milk 1 Tblsp. Chia Seeds 1 Tblsp. Nut or Seed Butter Optional Toppings: sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, granola

Directions: 1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach or kale leaves, almond milk, chia seeds, and almond butter. 2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency. 3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. 4. Top with your favorite toppings, such as sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or granola. 5. Enjoy your Radiant Skin Smoothie Bowl immediately, savoring each spoonful of delicious and nourishing goodness.

Note: Feel free to customize your smoothie bowl by adding other nutritious ingredients like flaxseeds, hemp seeds, or a scoop of protein powder to enhance its benefits.
